Are You Ready to Be Owned by a Dachsie???

So you are determined you want a Dachshund.  Please take the following quiz to make sure you are truly prepared to be owned by a Dachshund.

Question # 1:

Dachshunds believe they should -

   a.  guard the house.

   b.  rule the house.

 

Question # 2:

A Dachshund loves to please you -

   a.  no matter what.

   b.  when you're holding their most prized type of doggy treat.

 

Question # 3:

Dachshund training sessions should be -

   a.  fastidiously structured.

   b.  cleverly disguised as playtime.

Count up all of your responses.  If your answers are predominantly "A"s, then you may not be as ready for a Dachshund as you think you are.  Your ideas of what a dog should be and what they should do may better be fulfilled with another breed.  However, if you are so smitten, purchase and read the book "Dachshunds for Dummies" and then re-take the test.  We love converts.

If you answered predominantly "B"s, you are already speaking the Dachsie language and you know your life will never be the same.
